Self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt polyester tire waterproofing membrane is a self-adhesive waterproofing membrane with SBS, high-quality asphalt, plasticizer, tackifier, anti-aging agent and other materials as the base material, polyester felt as the carcass, polyethylene film, aluminum foil, geotextile, mineral granules and other surface materials, and anti-adhesive isolation film as the isolation layer.
1. product characteristics:
Cold construction: do not use open flame, do not use adhesives, no pollution to the environment, is an environmentally friendly products;
◎High tensile strength and large elongation, strong adaptability to base stretching or cracking deformation;
◎ can form a high strength waterproof layer, strong resistance to pressure water;
◎ polyester fiber felt as the base, fatigue resistance, puncture resistance, corrosion resistance;
◎ Good bonding performance and self-healing function. The coil is fully bonded with the base layer, and the joint itself is bonded with the coil with the same service life.
2. construction technology:
◎ grass-roots treatment: grass-roots requirements firm, flat, smooth, dry, no oil stains, no dust, no debris, cracks and other defects should be repaired first, yin and yang angle into a circular arc;
◎ Brush the grass-roots treatment agent: the grass-roots treatment agent should be stirred evenly before brushing, with a roller brush evenly coated on the grass-roots, until the grass-roots treatment agent is completely dry after paving coil;
◎ Detail node treatment: the pipe root shall be sealed first, and then the additional layer shall be paved; the corner part, expansion joint, construction joint and other parts shall be paved with additional layer;
◎ Coiled material lap: the lap width on both sides of the coil shall not be less than 80mm, and the lap width at the end shall not be less than 100mm. The overlapping positions of the ends shall be staggered;
◎ Coil paving: first unroll the coil (the isolation film faces down), lay it on the part to be waterproof, cut it according to the required size or reserved part, then roll back the coil from the end to the middle of the coil, then cut the isolation paper from the middle and tear off the isolation paper while paving it forward, so that the coil is evenly laid on the base layer, then compacted with a pressing roller, and then repeatedly make the other half of the coil according to the above method;
◎ Coil winding head fixing and sealing: weak parts, such as overlapping of short side of coil, winding head and special-shaped parts, should be sealed with sealant. The end of the coil shall be extended into the groove of the standing wall, fixed with metal bead, and sealed with sealant.
3. notes:
◎ The base treatment agent, sealant and its solvent are volatile and flammable items. Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the storage and use site. They should be used up as soon as possible after opening. The unused base treatment agent and sealant should be sealed and stored immediately to avoid volatilization and failure;
◎ It is not suitable for construction under the condition of rain, snow, strong wind and temperature below 5 ℃;
◎ The waterproof layer shall not be touched by sharp objects after paving, so as not to damage the waterproof layer.
